UC Davis saw a 36% increase in records of invention in FY 2025, driven largely by health-related innovations and first-time contributors, reflecting a growing culture of commercialization and cross-campus collaboration led by the Innovation and Economic Development Office.

UC Davis welcomed residents to Anova Aggie Square, the first student housing ever offered on the Sacramento campus. Anova Aggie Square is a smart residential complex that is now home to students from the UC Davis School of Medicine, the Betty Irene Moore School of Nursing at UC Davis and other graduate programs.
